REFORMER
Pilates Reformer is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses a specialized machine to enhance strength, flexibility, and control. The Reformer’s adjustable springs provide resistance, helping to target muscles deep within the core and improve posture, alignment, and balance. This method is ideal for increasing flexibility, building lean muscle, and rehabilitating injuries while offering a challenging yet gentle approach to fitness.
Reformer can be used for rehabilitation, strength building, as well as intense athletic training.

These classes can be done in private, semi-private, or small group classes.
PLEASE NOTE: The use of gripped socks is mandatory on our pilates reformer machines. Gripped socks offer better traction and prevent slipping on the reformer, ensuring a secure and enjoyable exercise experience for all our valued clients.
