Our individualized fitness programs will help you adopt a healthier lifestyle, balanced body and prevent injury leading to longevity. This will include corrective exercise, mobilization, myofascial release, weight training, endurance activities, nutrition counselling, cognitive tools for success, deep core training and much more. Clients can also receive lifestyle guidance and recommendations.

 

All of our classes and types of training can be done in private, semi-private, or small group format.

With summer around the corner, it’s time to shake off winter and step into your power. AAA (Arms, Abs & Asses) is your go-to program for building strength, toning muscle, and unlocking your most confident, capable body—just in time for tank top season.

  • Lift and shape your glutes with purpose

Yoga Foundations

Are you new to yoga or wanting to learn more about the practice of yoga? Join this 8 week Yoga Foundations program and in this supportive environment learn yoga poses at a slower pace. You will gain a solid understanding of poses, breathing and meditation. The goal will be to build confidence and to provide you with the tools to explore yoga more deeply. 


We also offer youth small groups for ages 12-18!
