Athletic Assessments

When you/your team begin training with us, your first session will be an in-depth assessment of where you are in your sport and training regime and what your goals are for personal growth as well as team growth. This is done in conjunction with the coach's goals and assessment.


From your assessment, we will build a program plan and periodization that will help you, your coach, and us visualize and plan for your goals moving forward.



This will allow us to create a training regime that is more specific to the athlete(s) needs, and create better and longer lasting results. We want to ensure that you/your team are feeling strong, empowered, and confident!

Sport Specific Training

Sport specific training programs are individually designed to meet the specific needs of each athlete. Athletes can gain a competitive edge and reduce their chances of injury by using a combination of weight training, endurance activities, nutrition counselling, cognitive tools to excel in their sport, and Pilates training to increase strength, agility, balance, flexibility, coordination, focus, and body awareness. Nutrition is essential for optimal performance and recovery. At FBFM we are Certified Nutritional Practitioners and Sports Nutrition Therapists.


We have created an Athletic Nutrition Manual that all teams and small groups can get as part of their program.


We can also work with you one-on-one to guide to to the most optimal diet for your body and sport.
