Youth Wellness Camps

Our Youth Wellness Camps give children a fun, active, and enriching experience that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.


Open to children ages 5–11, our camps are designed to help kids move, create, learn, and build friendships while developing healthy habits that support lifelong wellness.

Fitness Camps Summer 2026

Our Fitness/Altheltic Camps are built for young athletes or fitness enthusiasts ready to elevate their performance, build strength, and develop confidence in how they move and perform. Whether they’re already in sport or looking to step into one, this camp creates an environment where athletes can grow, challenge themselves, and find their edge.


Athletes will train across multiple disciplines including strength, speed, agility, power, yoga, Pilates-inspired core work, mobility, and athletic movement drills. Each session is designed to enhance coordination, resilience, flexibility, and total-body strength while reinforcing safe, effective movement patterns.


Beyond physical training, we focus on what truly drives performance: mental strength, nutrition, recovery, and mindset. This is where athletes don’t just train, they develop the tools to perform at their highest level in sports and in life.


Ages 10-13, camps run from 1:00-4:00pm.

About Our Camps

Kids Wellness Camp offers children a fun, creative, and enriching experience through yoga classes, mindfulness activities, fitness-based games, crafts, and time spent in our secure outdoor facility.


Each week-long camp helps children build lasting memories, meaningful friendships, and a strong foundation for lifelong health and well-being.


Our one-of-a-kind camp is led by a team of highly trained professionals, including certified personal trainers, yoga instructors, Kinesiologists, and experienced educators.


We’re passionate about helping kids develop the foundations of a healthy lifestyle by promoting physical literacy, emotional regulation, resilience, social awareness, and confidence.


Through movement, play, and mindful connection, campers will grow their gross motor skills, strength, and overall fitness—empowering them to thrive now and into the future.
