Valentine Yinyasa Yoga & Flower Bar
Flow into Valentine’s Day with an intentional evening of movement and creativity.
We’ll begin with a curated flower bar by The Wild Edit where you’ll create a custom bouquet using seasonal blooms before transitioning into a soothing Yinyasa yoga class designed to release tension and bring you fully into the present moment.
Designed to celebrate love in all its forms, this evening is about presence, play, and connection. Come alone or bring someone special and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and a little more in love with the moment.

Pilates Social
Grab your crew and kick off your Friday night with Pilates Social: a fun, feel-good workout that feels more like a night out than a class.
Think loud music, low lights, glow sticks, high energy and a room full of people moving, laughing, and vibing together. You’ll build strength, sculpt, and sweat, but mostly you’ll leave feeling electric, confident, and connected. It’s fitness meets fun meets social and yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
This event will feature a mix of our pilates BURN heated mat class, and reformer BURN class. Each event will include a FBFM gift.
