A Mothers Day Bloom Experience

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a special experience designed to relax, restore, and inspire.


Fit Bodies. Fit Minds. has partnered with The Wild Edit to bring you a beautiful blend of creativity and calm.

 

Start by creating your own hand-tied bouquet from a selection of fresh, seasonal flowers—fun, easy, and something lovely to take home.

 

Then, unwind with a gentle Yinyasa yoga class, combining slow flow and deeply relaxing yin poses. During the yin portion, you’ll also receive Reiki—an energy-based healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm.

 

A perfect treat for moms (or yourself!), this welcoming event is all about slowing down, feeling good, and being celebrated.

You’ll build strength, sculpt, and sweat, but mostly you’ll leave feeling electric, confident, and connected. It’s fitness meets fun meets social and yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
