Nicole is a registered Kinesiologist and is passionate about living a healthy life through fitness and nutrition. She enjoys long-distance running, mountain biking, and strength training.
Nicole is committed to ongoing education and in currently working on her Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics to further expand her knowledge and provide comprehensive guidance through evidence based practices to help you reach optimal wellness. She is also expanding her skill set while working on certifications in Level 2 Pilates training and 200 Hour Yoga training.
