About
Megan Scott is a yoga instructor with a deep passion for health and wellness, rooted in her personal journey with anxiety and holistic healing. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and blends her knowledge of the body with the calming principles of yoga.
A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Megan completed her training with Anuttara Ashram in 2022 and later with the Align Yoga Method in 2025. She is currently expanding her expertise with an additional 100-hour Y&RT certification through Align.
Megan specializes in restorative yoga, offering students a grounding space to slow down, reconnect, and find calm amidst the demands of daily life. Her teaching invites stillness and self-care, emphasizing that even small moments of rest can lead to powerful shifts in well-being.
Outside the studio, Megan co-owns a civil construction company with her husband, tends to their hobby farm, and is embracing the joys of motherhood. She believes in living fully while making time for peace along the way.
