About

Hello!  My name is Michelle and I’m a certified yoga instructor with a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and an additional 100-Hour Yin & Restorative Training. I bring both a strong foundation and a calming touch to my yoga classes. Outside the studio, I’m an avid exerciser who enjoys the balance of lifting weights, running, and embracing the thrill of a good race. This blend of movement and discipline informs my dynamic yet mindful teaching style.

As a full-time elementary school teacher, I understand the importance of meeting individuals where they are. I teach with heart, energy, and a deep respect for the unique needs of every student. My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone—whether you're brand new to the practice or seeking a more advanced challenge. In every class, I strive to create a welcoming space where all bodies, abilities, and backgrounds feel supported and empowered to grow.
