Sarah has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology and an associate’s degree in Health and Fitness. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds many other certifications in the fitness field. Sarah loves being a trainer and motivating people to change their lives for the better. She is honoured to be a part of each of her clients’ journeys to wellness. Sarah also has a strong passion for teaching fitness classes. You can always count on her to push you to your max because she knows you can do it!
