Jill Bowes is a highly educated wellness professional with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. A lifelong fitness enthusiast and inspiring leader, Jill has dedicated her career to empowering individuals at every stage of their wellness journey, from beginners to professional athletes.


With numerous certifications and advanced training completed across the globe, Jill brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of movement, strength, and human performance. She is widely known for her positive energy, inclusive teaching style, and a fun, safe, and effective approach that helps people feel confident and supported in their bodies.


Jill is especially passionate about working with special populations, having developed and delivered programs for cancer survivors, older adults, pre and postnatal and individuals living with chronic pain. Her ability to meet people where they are physically and emotionally allows her to create meaningful, lasting change.


Watching clients grow stronger in both mind and body is what fuels Jill’s work. Her mission is to help others build confidence, resilience, and sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being.
